Gearing
Gearing is simply borrowing to invest. Gearing has the potential to significantly increase your wealth and may also provide some tax advantages. Many people gear into investment properties but do not consider other options for geared investments, such as managed funds.
Tax Planning
It is important to plan your full financial situation, which should include planning for tax. There are a number of strategies available that may minimse your tax, without reducing your current income. Some options may include salary sacrificing, agribusiness or gearing.
Centrelink
Many people feel they will not qualify for the Centrelink Age Pension due to having too many assets. While receiving the full age pension may not be possible, we may be able to assist you to qualify for some pension or a discount card.
Estate Planning
Wills and Powers of Attorney are an important part of your full financial plan. While discussing what happens to your money when you can no longer spend it may not seem necessary, Estate planning gives many clients peace of mind. If your estate planning is structured correctly, tax may be saved and payment of the estate may occur much more quickly.
